What’s Happening @ The Floathouse
If we can dream it, we can do it…on the Petaluma River!
At The Floathouse, we’re always discovering new ways to get together on the water! Check out our events here, and if you’ve got an idea for a community event, or want to arrange for a private event, corporate team builder, or Petaluma River Paddle Party, let us know!

Paddle The Petaluma: Turn To The River
The future is NOW for our tidal slough, a Gold Rush-era “saltwater highway.” On this gentle guided paddle, explore its past, be part of its revival, and meet the individuals and organizations who are reclaiming the river. See their work firsthand and experience the lasting benefits for all, on “Petaluma’s Longest Park”.
The Petaluma River is 13 miles long from Basin to Bay, but we’ll be paddling about two miles total. Journey through time and be part of the story.

Full Sturgeon Moon Paddle
The Sturgeon Moon brings us out together, just like a school of giant fish. Paddle out with us and bak in the light of this huge summer moon! Limited space. Unlimited delight.
$60/person includes everything, even awesomeness.

Full Corn Moon Paddle
Corn Moon Paddle – $60/person
Honor the season of abundance with a serene evening paddle under the Full Corn Moon. Drift through moonlight, connect with community, and soak in the beauty of late summer on the Petaluma River. All gear included.

Full Beaver Moon Paddle
When the nights get longer, we need more time outside, not less! Come play on the river at night with us on this Full Beaver Moon Paddle, when we consider Petaluma’s Longest Park, the Petaluma River, in all its glory. Here for us, the river is part of our environment, and one that holds us throughout the year. Come out on the water and see for yourself! After the paddle, enjoy 15% off at TAPS, and/or check out some of Petaluma’s other downtown eateries. They’re just steps from The Floathouse!

Full Cold Moon Paddle
It’s nearly the end of the year, but that doesn’t mean we’ll be going inside. On the contrary, we invite you to come play on the Petaluma River at night, and enjoy the Full Cold Moon Paddle with your friends, family and The Floathouse Petaluma Crew! Get dressed, get ready to be awed, and get outside and play with us! Hobie pedal kayaks will be used, to keep you warm and dry, and keep you moving!
