Summer Camp at The Floathouse

Intro to Sailing Camp: ages 10-17

Campers in our Intro to Sailing Camp learn all the basics of sailing, right in the downtown turning basin, in the afternoons when those famous Petaluma Gap winds pick up! We use remote control sailboats, El Toros, a Captain’s Gig, and a Lido-14. With small camp sizes (6 max) and expert instructors, campers get personalized attention and are able to progress at their own speed. ($375, Monday-Thursday, 1 pm-4 pm)

By exploring “Petaluma’s Longest Park” in all kinds of people-powered watercraft, kids begin to gain an understanding of our origin waterway, the wetlands and their place in their own environment, wherever that may be. No prior experience necessary. Six campers max. ($400, M-F, 9am-1pm) 5 Sessions.
